Loren is an accomplished Artist, a Certified Color Consultant, CSP Master Stager, and a Best Selling Author. She brings over 15 years of experience in the paint and construction field to every staging project she takes on and is able to transform each property with inspired and thoughtful design solutions.
Her beautiful aesthetic and luxury design ensures that every house is able to display its full market value as well as capture the imagination and heart strings of our most discerning Calabasas and Agoura Hills buyer demographic.
Loren’s work has been featured on the hit TV Show Million Dollar Listings, in the CSP Staging Magazines, as well as multiple Luxury Home Tours on social media.
As a true artist, Loren is passionate about what she does and cares deeply about her clients and being part of their journey, business, and team.
Most of her staged properties sell within days and for over asking price.

LEAD STAGER & LIFESTYLE DESIGNER
Niel brings a fresh new luxury look to every project and really understands how to design and market to our local buyer demographic. She is an avid Equestrian and Luxury Car Enthusiast and creates beautiful upmarket spaces using her own furniture line Niel by Niel.
Samantha Schachtel

STAGING & MINDFULNESS EXPERT
Samantha brings 25 years of experience in Mindfulness and Life Coaching to Art of an Angel. Selling a home can be stressful and her insight and practical step by step guidance in our Lifestyle Blog helps our clients to emotionally let go of their property and look forward to a new chapter in their life.
Carlos Chile

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
Carlos joined Art of an Angel in 2017 and has been an integral part of the team since then. He brings years of experience in warehousing and logistics to the mix and ensures that each piece of inventory is well maintained and in pristine condition for each staging project.
Ryan Ash

OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Ryan brings years of experience in Operations and Logistics to Art of an Angel and has a background in aviation and transportation. He makes sure that each staging delivery and pick up of inventory always runs smoothly and is an integral and key member of our Staging Team.
Kyle Fitzgerald

STAGING INSTALLATION CREW MEMBER
Kyle has a background in the music industry as a professional drummer and drum tech and loves cars, animals and cooking. He is an important part of our team that makes each furniture installation seamless and fun and loves to work hard with a smile on his face no matter what.
Aliza (Lizi) Ederi

INTERIOR DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER
Lizi brings years of experience in interior design that translate concepts into visually appealing and functional designs. Her attention for detail and ability to meet deadlines have mad her a valuable asset to our team.
